By accessing, browsing, or using the jilebdt website located at jilebdt.net (the "Platform"), creating a player account, or placing any wager or bet, you ("the User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with the jilebdt Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform. jilebdt reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at its sole discretion at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any such revision constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jilebdt with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any nature, whether written or oral, between you and jilebdt relating to the subject matter of these Terms.

Access to and use of the jilebdt Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. jilebdt strictly prohibits use of the Platform by anyone under the age of 18. This restriction is absolute and admits no exceptions.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person.
• You are not classified as a problem gambler and you are not registered with any self-exclusion scheme operated by jilebdt or any other gaming operator.
• You have not previously been excluded from the jilebdt Platform or had an account suspended or terminated by jilebdt for any reason.

jilebdt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jilebdt may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

To access the full range of services offered on the jilebdt Platform — including cricket betting, live casino games, slots, dice, and fishing games — you must register a player account via the jilebdt Login page. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of this information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jilebdt Login credentials (username and password). You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party, and you accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. jilebdt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for an additional layer of account protection.
• Never share your password with jilebdt support staff — legitimate support requests will never require your password.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify jilebdt immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

All financial transactions on the jilebdt Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jilebdt does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service
• Nagad — Bangladesh Postal Department's digital financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
• Upay — United Commercial Bank's mobile payment platform

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on your account verification status and the payment method selected. jilebdt reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.

Deposits are typically credited to your jilebdt account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the relevant payment provider. jilebdt is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues on the part of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. jilebdt aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the volume of requests and the payment provider. jilebdt reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal request.

jilebdt reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal and return the funds to your jilebdt account balance if: (a) the withdrawal was flagged by our fraud detection systems; (b) the payment was made in error; (c) your account is under investigation; or (d) KYC verification has not been completed. In all such cases, jilebdt will notify you by email and provide an explanation.

jilebdt may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and seasonal offers (collectively, "Promotions") to eligible players. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be communicated at the time the Promotion is offered. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and the specific terms of a Promotion, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that Promotion.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your jilebdt account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual Promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; any unconverted bonus funds remaining after expiry will be forfeited without compensation.

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, IP address, device, email address, phone number, and payment method.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• jilebdt reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse a Promotion — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Seasonal Promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, or T20 World Cup are valid for the promotional period only and cannot be claimed retroactively.

By using the jilebdt Platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your jilebdt account.
• Money Laundering: Using the jilebdt Platform to launder money or to conceal the proceeds of any criminal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market available on the Platform.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, AI-driven betting systems, or any automated software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, or technical error in the Platform software to obtain funds, credits, or any other advantage not legitimately earned.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other payment provider without first contacting jilebdt support to resolve the underlying dispute.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information during registration or during the KYC verification process.
• Unlawful Use: Using the Platform for any purpose that is illegal under the laws of Bangladesh or any applicable jurisdiction.

jilebdt employs real-time fraud detection systems and manual account review processes. Any balance accumulated through prohibited conduct will be voided and will not be eligible for withdrawal. jilebdt's determination as to whether a violation has occurred is final and binding.

All content on the jilebdt Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of jilebdt or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and design rights.

The jilebdt name, brand keyword, logo, and all related marks, names, and slogans are the proprietary property of jilebdt. You are not granted any right or licence to use jilebdt's intellectual property in any manner without the express prior written consent of jilebdt. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or exploitation of jilebdt's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal proceedings.

Game content displayed on the jilebdt Platform — including slot titles, live dealer interfaces, table game graphics, and sports betting data — is licensed from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in such content remain with the respective game providers and are used by jilebdt under licence.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, copy, or distribute any Platform content; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; (c) create derivative works based on Platform content; or (d) use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilebdt, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or jilebdt had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jilebdt's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilebdt account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilebdt does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be available at all times or uninterrupted; (b) the Platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components; (c) the results of using the Platform will meet your expectations; or (d) the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any odds, scores, or statistical data displayed on the Platform.

You acknowledge that gambling involves an element of financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you wager on the Platform. jilebdt accepts no responsibility for any financial losses incurred through lawful use of the Platform. You agree that you gamble at your own risk and that jilebdt is not responsible for any gambling-related harm or financial hardship you may experience.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through jilebdt's customer support process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction. jilebdt reserves the right to bring proceedings in any jurisdiction it deems appropriate to protect its legal interests.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of jilebdt to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
